Hi! Yesterday I went to work on an Indesign file of mine which then auto-quit with an error message saying that I wasn't signed in. I was, however, signed in to Creative Cloud at the time. I checked my signed-in status and tried to open Indesign from my Start panel, but it doesn't open. Creative Cloud won't let me uninstall and re-install because it says I must first close Indesign - even though it's not open. I'm using Windows 10. Having shut everything down and re-booted this morning, I've just gone through exactly the same cycle. Really not sure what to try now!
Hi there,
So sorry to hear about this trouble. I am hopeful that the issue is fixed by now. If not, I would suggest if you could try the steps shared on this page ( https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/advanced-troubleshooting-for-launch-issues/td-p/11394034 ) and share your observations with us.
