Hello all,

I've been reading what everyone has posted about how to fix the CMD +shift problem for scaling images proportionately. However, none of these have helped solve my specific problem, and I don't care to purchase that Webroot Secure program, as I am in college. Plus, Adobe should have a fix for this if we paying this much stinking $.

Any and all help is appreciated!

Then you have to watch closely as you open applications to see which one is the culprit.
