Hi guys,

My InDesign 2021 keeps crashing and lagging every single time I use it. I get the spinning beach ball whenever I do anything at all in InDesign and have to force quit the programme. And even when relaunched it keeps freaking out. Any suggestions or help welcome!

Thanks
Alex

Hi there,

Apologies for the delayed response. Would you mind sharing the exact version of the OS & InDesign? Does it crash while working on a specific file or performing a specific task? This information would help us assist you accordingly.

Additionally, please try suggestions given on this help article(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/indesign/kb/crash-on-launch.html) & let us know if they help.

Ashutosh
