InDesign 2021 does not launch on Windows 10

Hello,

we have 2 installations of indesign on a pc here. 2020 and since a few weeks 2021! But now suddenly the 2021er version opens with a crash!! We can not start to work. The OS is Windows 10 1903.

Can anyone help? Here is the crash report.

Sorry to hear about your experience.  Please update Windows 10 to the latest version & see if it helps with the launch.

Hope your issue is resolved by now. We have just released Adobe InDesign 2021 (v16.1) with multiple stability & performance fixes. I'd request you to update your app to the latest version & see if it helps to improve the performance of the app. Thanks!
