InDesign 2021 freezing immediately after launch after updating to macOS BigSur

I just updated my mac to Big Sur 11.2.3 and now all my adoble applications are unusable. They open but immediately freeze and go into "spinning wheel" mode. Help! Has anyone else had this problem?

It's erroneous to update to the latest technology before the software has developed.
