I just updated to InDesign 2021. When I open an INDD file (created in the previous version of ID) many of the images appear as black boxes when "Display Performace" is set to "High Quality Display". The images are visibile when "Typical Display" is enabled.
Also, when downloading ID 2021, I checked the option to preserve my old preferences. However, my custom workspace is now gone. Is there a way to retrieve it? Thanks.
