Indesign 2021 suddenly won't open

The Indesign wont be open with first double click. it shows me that its open throgh Indesign Icon but doesnt show mw the page also doesnt alow me to open a file or a new file.  I have to quite and open the Indesign many times to get to my file. (any file)

check your Creative Clould. May be there is a pending update, so that InDesign can not check your AdobeId.

try to delete InDesign preferences

Using a keyboard shortcut:

1. (Windows) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
2. (Mac OS) Start InDesign, and then immediately press Shift+Option+Command+Control. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
