InDesign 2021 unable to run

InDesign 2021 starts a little then crashes back to desktop.
this is the error I see in the event log

Please if you can assist.
  • I have a font manager that I have removed and changed both, Suitcase Fusion and Fontbase but this problem persists.  I have removed all fonts but the problem remains.
  • I have tried launching from within Creative Cloud and the start menu.
  • I have installed alll available updates for Windows 10 and Creative Cloud.
  • I have also uninstalled and reinstalled Indesign and this has not helped.
  • I am running as the system administrator also, and this didn't help.
 
I have a Nvidia card installed.
I also have F-Secure 
 
I cannot really think of anything else to try...
 
Any suggestions much appreciated.

I have tried deleting all fonts from Windows Folder and restarting,

removed all indesign folders from Appdata local & remote and still it is crashing with the same error

 

I've now re-installed inDesign 2020 and it has opened, I added some text to a blank document but it froze eventually went to not responding and didn't recover.
