InDesign always switches to Touch interface on start

Indesign 16.2.1

when I start InDesign it always atomatically switches to Touch workspace. And when I switch each time to my default workspace, there is always a "structure" panel open on the left of the canvas area. It takes another click to close it.

This is annoying and impacts quick workflow. How can I fix it so that InDesign always opens in my recently used workspace and without any additional stuff popping up?

What kind of Windows machine is it?

That's a good question - it might be related. I am on Wacom Mobile Studio
