Indesign bloque apres ouverture

Bonjour, 

j'ai effectué une mise a jour d'indesign ce matin et depuis, il m'est impossible d'utiliser l'application. L'ouverture de mon fichier est correct mais au bout de quelques secondes, le logiciel se bloque. 

J'ai effacé le cache,  les preferences, les polices, desactivé suitcase, réinstaller une version precedente, effacé et réinstaller plusieurs fois...

Je suis a bout ! je vais craquer. Pourquoi ça ne marche plus ! je n'ai jamais eu de problème avant.

Hello, i made an indesign update this morning. Since, I have been unable to use the app.

Oppening a file is correct but after a few seconds, the software crashes.

I have cleared cache, preferences, fonts, disabled suitcase, reinstall a previous version, cleared and reinstall several times ... I am exhausted !

I'm about to break down.

Why it doesn't work anymore!

I've never had a problem before.

J'ai effacé le cache,  les preferences.

Comment ? Il faut relancer l'application tout en appuyant simultanément sur Maj, Ctrl, Alt [Windows], Maj, Ctrl, Alt et Cmd [Mac] jusqu'à l'apparition du message demandant confirmation.
