Indesign buttons

Hello, I have a column of buttons, each row has 3 options yellow green red and a check mark, 

when you click any button in the column it will turn the colour off in the other selections. How can I make it that the row shows the check mark and the colour when made a pdf

Unfortunately you can't.  In Acrobat, the checkbox style will supercede any appearance you make in Indesign.
