Indesign CC 2020 - Low res export PDF/ JPEG

All of a sudden all exports are pixelated and blurry, I had this issue with InDesign 2019 and so updated 2020 but is still the same. Havent changed any export settings, and installing InDesign 2020 reset to default.

What is the Effective PPI of the image (found in the Links panel)?
Are you using the High Quality Display (found under View > Display Performance)? 
What format are you exporting to and what is the image resolution set to?
