InDesign CC 2020 publish online error code 315

Can anyone help, please?

I'm working on an InDesign project and would like to use your publishing online feature. Having watched the tutorials it states this is availble for all. However, when i go to publish, I see the error code 315. 

Hope you can provide a solution.

There is an issue with the subscription. For example, a payment error.

Go to adobe.com, sign in, and then go to Manage Account.

I have the same problem.

I received a new credit card so I had to change my billing information on the creative cloud application.

After succesfully making those changes, I still receive the 315 error code while trying to publish online ( I tried to disconnect and reconnect from my account multiple time before opening indesign)

Is there a solution that does not involve deleting my account?

Has a new payment already been done on the new credit card? Latetly i had similar problems whit payment, but this was by Paypall. When a new payment was done by Adobe all the problems where gone.
