InDesign CC2020 slow and freezing

Have strange problems with performance in actual InDesign (Version 15.0.2 x64).

When i want to copy the text-elements inside an existing document, then InDesign always freeze and i have to wait at least 5 seconds each time until the program reacts again.

If I check the hardware performance (CPU, RAM, Disk(SSD)) there seems to be no problem.

This problem occur after update to InDesign CC2020, before with InDesign CS6 (I know its really old...) I didn't face such problems!

Would be really glad if someone has an idea how this problem could be solved!
