Just recently purchased Indesign 2020 for IMac b ut cannotg produce full colour printing

I have an Epsom ET2750 (Purchased new Aug 2019) which operated perfectly with my old Mac Pro

Can someone please advise ALL SETTINGS in Indesign to enable colour printing
