Not sure what's causing the crash, reverting to an older version of Indesign until the issue can be resolved.

Hello Derek,macOS Catalina Version 10.15.52.4 GHz - 8 Core Intel Core i932GB 2667 MHz DDR4Oddly, it's working again. Restarting my computer and InDesign didn'twork. I opened up the document in the previous version of InDesign, savedit, then opened it up anew in InDesign 2021 and it all works now.{Personal information removed my MOD}

Which version of InDesign and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity?
Have you tried resetting your InDesign preferences?

Hello Derek,

macOS Catalina Version 10.15.5

2.4 GHz - 8 Core Intel Core i9
32GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Oddly, it's working again. Restarting my computer and InDesign didn't
work. I opened up the document in the previous version of InDesign, saved
it, then opened it up anew in InDesign 2021 and it all works now.

Hi Derek,

FWIW: Only staff and moderators can edit posts of other members.

And of course we ACPs and MVPs can edit our own posts. All other ones cannot do this.
