InDesign crashing

Hi, my indesign is constantly crashing. I've recently downloaded some fonts with some warnings (naughty!) and since deleted these fonts. Turn off/on numerous times. Ran a CleanMyMac. Have tried hitting control + option + command + shift but that doesn't seem to bring anything up. Would massively appreciate any help!

What version of InDesign? What operating system and what hardware? M1? Intel?

Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to the questions asked earlier by Bob & Uwe, would you mind sharing if InDesign crashes while working on a specific file or performing a specific task?
