I experienced several times a situation when inDesign (16.0.2) was not responsing, and moreover the whole operational system was not either! I had to perform hard reboot. Has anyone faced such a problem?
You're at cutting edge with new sofware, a new OS and new system hardware!
I suspect we can only offer basic solutions – assuming you have sufficient RAM and spare disk capacity – have you tried resetting your InDesign preferences?
Have you installed the update for Big Sur which arrived yesterday 12/1: Version 11.2? It may have bug fixes which may help.
Thanks. Unfortunatelly it didn't help. Waiting for new updates from Adobe.
