inDesign crushes right after starting

hi!

I have this issue with my inDesign. Like so far everything was working just perfectly, but all of suddent, inDesign keep crushing right after starting. I reinstalled the app, nothing has helped. I am windows 10 user and literally don't knwo what to do. Other programs are working just fine. Hope someone has a solution,

What version of InDesign and what operating system?

 

Try rebuilding the preference files.
