Hello! During the work, the InDesign CC6 program was crashed. When reopened, the program crushes itself after a few seconds. You need to restore the file and the normal work of Indesign CS6.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this trouble. There could be multiple reasons why an application would crash. I would request if you could try following the steps shared here (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/crash-on-launch.html) and let us know how it goes.

If that doesn't help, please share the logs from Event Viewer:

  • Press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, enter eventvwr (or eventvwr.msc) and hit OK.
  • Go to Windows Logs > Application and check if you see any error related to InDesign.

Have you tried trashing your preferences? Have you checked for corrupt fonts?

Yes, i delete preferences files. It did not help. Indesign closes 5 seconds after launch. It is impossible to check anything.
