Good afternoon!
This morning, after the inclusion of imac 2019 (catalina 10.15.6), Indesign stopped starting.
Error: Adobe indesign is shutting down. Please restart indesign to recover work in any unsaved indesign documents.
Indesign re-installed. Preferences deleted. Creative Cloud re-installed. Memory modules changed.
Nothing works. Indesign is not loaded. No antivirus software
Settings did not change. No additional programs were installed.
The problem was solved by reinstalling Catalina with disk formatting.
Not the best way, of cource, but everything works and it is clear that the problem was precisely in the acquired error of the operating system, not in indesign.

Hi,
Preferences deleted.
How did you delete them?
You must launch InDesign while holding down the Ctrl, Shift and Alt keys [Windows], the Ctrl, Shift, Alt and Cmd keys [Mac] until you get a warning message asking for confirmation.
