Hi, every time I export my InDesign documents as a PDF (Print) the right side of the document is cut off by a white band which happens on all of the pages. I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this problem? This has only recently occurred when exporting my files and I have already tried uninstalling the InDesign app and downloading it again.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. I hope your issue is now resolved due to Bob's suggestions. You may also check out help article https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/how-to/set-print-bleed.html to know about setting a print bleed. Hope it helps.

Export another PDF and this time turn on marks and bleed in the export dialog. Let's see what that screenshot looks like.

Also, take a screenshot of the InDesign layout.

I'm not sure if I have done what you have asked correctly, I am still new to Indesign but here are the images.

I changed the settings and it is now presenting the full document clearly although there are some small squares in the corners. Additionally, the pts was set up like this when I first downloaded InDesign and I haven't changed this since I've started using the software.
