Indesign export - metadata/alt text instead of graphic

Hi everyone,

I have a text frame with multiple object as a icons. I need to export entire document as text including them. It's possible to do this using export to PDF and next export to TXT - then I have metadata instead graphic, but ofcourse - there is no formating text at all.

Is there any option to export somehow alternative text instead graphic or to change object with specifify tags to text or add text near it (caption not working cause object is in another frame...)?

Why is this procedure desired?

Have you tried export to PDF and then Save As to Microsoft Word docx?

What happens if you originally placed your icons into the text as anchored SVG filetype icons?

I need a plain text (or almost) for CAT for translators.
Yes, but then I still have icons.
Sadly, SVG nothing change

Yesterday I figured it out, it's maybe not quite brillant but its working.
I had adding metadana using Adobe Bridge, then I change objects in INDD to have them on. Next I export HTML file, edit it to delete code fragment near alternative text and now I finally can save it to doc.
