Indesign file crashed while exporting to pdf

indesign file crashed while exporting to pdf. Now i cant do anything, it causing indesign to shut down in few seconds after the recovery. I tried reinstalling the software but having same problem. also tried on another pc but no use.

Which version of InDesign and OS?

How much RAM and spare disk capacity do you have?

Have you tried resetting the InDesign preferences?

indesign cc 2014. window 10 16gb ram. yeah i tried resetting preferences. And i also tried deleting caches of indesign

Try this script to convert the InDesign file to IDML.

Run it with no documents open.
