Indesign file last version not saved - urgent matter

Dear all;

I have a big problem. 

Indesign did take into account my work. I got an error message saying that "Indesign quits unexpectedly"

This is my dissertation work ;  so quite important.

What happens when you relaunch InDesign? Your file should automatically open and you should be able to save it.
