InDesign for Macintosh version 16.3.1

I've seen people talking about a new version 16.3.1 which is native for Apple silicon, but the Creative Cloud desktop app, which I checked for updates, is version 5.4.5.550, only offers version 16.2.1.102 which is Intel based. There is an available beta download of 16.3 which is supposed to be M1 native or Universal. Any idea how one can get the new version or is it something internal to Adobe and it's not really out yet? Perplexed.

It is a phased rollout. Be patient and it will get to you.

9th of July. Still not even getting 16.3 Update via CC App.

The Adobe support is not able to provide a direct download link to a M1 Version.

Can't believe this. Instead they're asking me if I have Rosetta installed?!?!

The solution they provide is... likemost of the time.
"Please deinstall Indesign CC use the Adobe cleaner tool and reinstall Indesign again via CC App."

Surprise, surprise! Nothing changed, still have to work with 16.2.1 WITH Rosetta!

Really annoying to work with this kind of stuff.
