InDesign in MAC not opening a .qxp file

I'm trying to open a file made with QuarkXPress (using a MacBook Air), but the app answers it doesn's support this kind of file or a plug-is is missed.

Adobe website say InDesign can make it, but with instructions for Windows, not for macOS

Can someone help me?

InDesign can only open very, very old Quark file from version 3 and 4. To open anything newer you'll need Q2ID from Markzware.
