InDesign installation hangs on 5%

My installation on InDesign will reach 5% and then freeze up.

Hi there, Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind sharing version of OS & InDesign? Do you get any error message? Have you checked if your antivirus or firewall is blocking Adobe?
