Indesign interactive forms + data merge

I have a form text field that I need to have repeated in a data merge. With the data merge there will be 16 repeated instances per page.

The problem is that after the data merge Indesign doesn't make the Text field names unique, which causes Acrobat or any PDF reader to link all the Text fields per form.

So if I type in "20" in one field, the other 15 on the same page also show "20".

Is there an easy way to make this unique over all 30 pages in my document?

Fields must be uniquely named, so no, there is no easy solution.
