indesign interface size is too big

how can i change indesign interface it is too big some time i cant design because that

The interface follows the resolution of your display. The larger the resolution values, the smaller the InDesign interface.

Mac: Apple menu > System Preferences > Displays > Resolution

Windows: Settings > System > Display > Display Resolution

I did this , now it is soo small

There should be a happy place in the middle. Just keep adjusting the resolution until you find it.
