InDesign - Japanese Manga Styled Layout

I need help or advise on how to do this.

I am wanting to create a Manga Comic book, that reads from right to left with each page. So I need help with the layout for this, to be exported into a EPUB book.

Is there any way for the book to start on the last page or an option within the software to allow this style to work?

InDesign can be installed as the Western Latin language based version AND it can be installed as the Middle-Eastern right-to-left version AND there is a Chinese/Japanese/Korean version that can be installed. Here is some helpful reading:
