When the indesign scripts stuck then the queue is not accepting any new requests to push to queue and then the only option is to restart the mahcine and then start the Job queue again to accept requests. The cancel job doesnt seem to work (https://silo.tips/download/working-with-load-balancing-and-queueing-for-adobe-indesign-cs5-server ~ page 14). Can someone help me with this? Iam using 2018 job queue with 2020 indesign server. So should i create and use any other LBQ? , can someone help me please.
