I have a Problem.

With IndDesign I made a Paper with 8 sites.

On each site are some URL-Links that shall be clicked in the PDF and then open a certain website.

I can open the Links on my MacBook Pro, but not with my handy.

Can anybody tell me what I did wrong.

All the hyperlink lights are showing green. I exported it as PDF X3.

best regards

Connie

Do the links work if you export the document as an Interactive PDF?

Are you using a word or words (or a plain button shape or image) as the hyperlink button?

Don’t use roll-over buttons or multistate objects on smart phones or tablets.

Hi Connie,

Thanks for reaching out. I agree with suggestion shared by Derek. Please export the file to interactive PDF and check how it goes. Also, please confirm in which application the PDF files are being opened? For best results, we strongly recommend using Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDF files.

Regards,

Srishti
