InDesign - multiple video loop

Hello, I'm making an interactive presentation tu publish online. In one page I have 2 different videos that i want to play on loop at the same time. I set up on the timming panel to play them together, but when I publish it, none of the videos play. 

Any help?

1. Which browser you are using to open the link?
2. Have you checked in other browsers?
3. What video format you are using?
