Hi,
I have a document with 380 pages. When I export as an interactive pdf and open it with a Acrobat Reader, it only shows 303. What I have to do to see all the pages? Tks

Which version of InDesign and OS.
Double-check you have All pages selected in the Export Adobe PDF dialogue box.
If you export it as (say) a High Quality Print PDF with Hyperlinks ticked, does it include all the 380 pages?
