InDesign not recognizing fonts that are activated in Extensis Suitcase on Windows 10

Creative Suite Indesign haphazardly does not recognize my fonts that were recognized 20 minutes ago. This happens upon opening the file. But is never consistent! Extensis Suitcase shows the fonts as being activated. My only fix so far is deactivating the fonts in Suitcase, turning off the Windows 10 computer, logging on again, Activating fonts in Suitcase and then opening the file. REALLY??? I have a yearly subscription with Adobe for Creative Suite online.

I'd contact Extensis Suitcase tech support. It probably is an issue with their software.
