After installing Indesign and lunched it, I got an error message ''The system cannot find the path specified''. The software opened after closing the error message but nothing is working. When I click Create new, I just get a blank dialog box with this (ccx_fnft_dialog_name) at the top of it.

Pls, I need your help.

THANKS.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. In addition to the suggestion given by Derek, you may also try Creative Cloud Cleaner tool(https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html) to remove the existing installation & reinstall the app once done.

Hope it helps.

Regards,

Ashutosh

Assuming you have the correct system requirements, including plenty of RAM and spare disk capacity, unistall InDesign using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app and reinstall InDesign again to see if that resolves the issue.
