InDesign pdf export does not show lineweights, all lines are thin.

Over the past few days, I've had an issue with InDesign exportt to PDF. The lineweights specifed in the InDesign file appear to be overwritten, and all the lines are very thin. No matter how thick the lines are drawn in ID, the export still shows them at an extreamly thin lineweight. I've reset my ID preferences, but this did not resolve the issue.

The only work around I've found is to export to JPEG and then compile  / convert into a PDF. This workflow keeps the lineweights as specified.

I have attached an ID file and a pdf to illustrate the issue.

Everything looks good here.

How are you viewing your PDF? If Acrobat, have you tried Reader? you might need to reset your Acrobat preferences.
