Hello

I'm having an issue with InDesign.

Unable to open the program at all, and getting the Permissions Error report.

I've followed the advice as outlined in the Post, however the Library does not have the Caches/Adobe\ InDesign file.

Have tried changing permissions to the Cache file itself, nothing.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing

Have tried uninstalling and installing an earlier version.  Nothing.

Ongoing issue, cannot use InDesign on my Mac anymore.

This is a major flaw as I need it to work for my work.

Thanks for your help

LATEST
Hey
It was the latest version of InDesign - CC 21 I believe

I resolved the issue by doing a clean install of OS Catalina.
It seemed that was the only way to get it working again - had tried multiple times to follow the advice on the support pages.

So appears that it's an Apple issue rather than an Adobe one.

Appreciate your reaching out
