InDesign problem with Macbook pro M1

inDesign freezes for a few seconds, sometimes minutes while I'm working on projects, even with very light projects. InDesign and the entire laptop freezes.
What I could do? Are you improving inDesign compatibility with macbook pro M1?

I'm sure Adobe is working on it, but you're going to need patience. There are quite a few other people reporting issues.
You might consider reporting them to Apple as well. After all, it's rosetta 2 that's trying to emulate Intel processors.

The problem is that InDesign and most other Creative Cloud apps do not run natively on computers with the M1 chip. Rosetta 2 is used to simulate normal behavior but it has bee shown that the simulation is far from perfect.
