Recently transferred InDesign to new laptop. Can't pull up the "Tools" window. Everything else appears to be working. Concerned about reloading program (version 2.0) and loosing all previous updates. Is 2.0 still supported?

InDesign is now on version 15. You can find out about Adobe version support here: https://helpx.adobe.com/support/programs/adobe-support-policies-supported-product-versions.html

The current version of InDesign is 15.1.1. If you actually mean InDesign 2.0 which was released in 2002 then there is no way that it will work on a new laptop (either a Mac or PC). If you mean CS2 (Creative Suite 2) which was released in 2005 then the same lack of support applies. If you mean something else then please elaborate.

Remember, never say you can't do something in InDesign, it's always just a question of finding the right workaround to get the job done. © David Blatner
