InDesign "Keep Options": "Keep with Next..."

I can't seem to find a "keep with next" option, only "keep with previous". According to what I've read online, a 'keep with next' option exists but it's not showing up in my InDesign 15.0.2 version

Can anyone help me out?

I can it present in my InDesign version 15.0.2 on a MAC, see the screenshot below
