Hello,

When I open Indesign (not an actual indesign document, but just the program), there is a screen which shows me all my recent files. The file names are all jumbled and I can't read them. It would be useful to be able to read the text because I need to reference file names so the thumbnail isn't very useful. Screenshot attached.

Does anybody know how to help?

Hi there, Sorry to hear about this trouble. Please try following these steps one by one and let us know how it goes:     Rename CEP folder from following locations.   MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe  to CEP.old   If that doesn't help, rename extensions folder from   MAC: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP to extensions.old    If that doesn't help either, uninstall the application using Cleaner tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html...
