Indesign server, how to download, install and license the software?

Hi,

With this post I would like to ask a question.

In behalf of a client, we, as a reseller, purchased a license for Adobe Indesign Server. The customer received conformation of the purchase from Adobe.

But where can we download the software? Where are the license key's? How to install and license the software? We need to install the software for the client, and add our customizations.
