InDesign Share for Review creates a new file

I am working on a project that was shared with co-workers through the InDesign review modality.  It created a link and the comments were seen in realtime by all the partners.  During my most recent update, it doesn't seem to want to update the file already existing online, it simply creates a new file that is missing the original comments.  I've received the unable to connect to the public server error.  Essentially, why isn't the original file updating?

Hi there,

We're are sorry to hear about this trouble. This is definitely not a typical experience with the application unless "Create New Review" option from sharesheet (present in context menu of ellipses) is selected. Are comments missing in InDesign or its missing on the Web too?
