InDesign Shortcuts suddenly broken

Out of nowhere, my InDesign keyboard shortcuts have just stopped working!!
OPT hold to duplicate, spacebar to move etc all just non-existent.

Please help, I'm in the middle of a design when this just stopped working and it's beyond infuriating.
