indesign shut down when exporting epub (one specific file)

Hi Guys , 

I am working on ebooks project,, my InDesign started to crash when i export, i uninstalled it and then reinstalled it , all the files reported are fine, except for one file, still crashing .. any suggestions?

Can you try exporting in chunks. Try export the first half of page ranges.

If that's ok.

Try the next half of page ranges.

If that crashes then  you know where the problem is in that half.

Keep exporting page ranges in halves and you can track down the problematic page.

Sorry to hear about this. In addition to great response given by Eugene, you may also try saving the file as IDML and see if it helps.

What type of ePub – FXL or Reflowable?
