InDesign Slow Export

Running the lastest cloud version. Everything up to date. I'm finding it extremely slow to export to PDF from InDesign. Only 3 pages, no big files. Anyone else have this issues?

If you watch the Background Tasks (Window>Utilities menu), do you see it pausing on anything, such as a photo with a high effective resolution or a complex vector file? 

You can disable background tasks. See this post:

(I'm assuming this still works in 2020 but have not tried it recently.)
