InDesign sperrt Taskleiste und Programme

Hallo zusammen,

seit über einem Jahr hat InDesign die Angewohnheit, nach einer gewissen Zeit die Taskleiste und Programme, die ebenfalls geöffnet sind, zu sperren. Mit strg+alt+entf kann ich diese Sperre erst einmal wieder aufheben. Nach ca. 15 Min. passiert es aber wieder.

Wenn diese Sperre eintritt, kann ich auch nicht mehr in den Schriften oder Farben scrollen. Sobald ich es versuche, laufen die Auswahllisten mit der Mausbewegung mit. Ansonsten kann ich mit dem Programm arbeiten.

Diese Probleme traten bei meinem alten und treten nun auch bei meinem neuen PC auf.

Mehrmaliges De- und Installieren von Programm und Cloud hat nichts gebracht.

Auch die Tipps der Adobe-Servicemitarbeiter gingen alle ins Leere (Programm-Ordner umbenennen, de- und installieren, nur aus der Cloud heraus öffnen, Programm nicht über die Cloud installieren).

Eine Suche nach Fehlern im Betriebssystem (Windows 10 Home 64Bit) ging negativ aus.

Kennt hier jemand vielleicht das Problem und hat eine Lösung?

Sorry to hear about this trouble. As you have already tried so many steps, I would not ask you to repeat them again. I would suggest if you could try booting the system into Safe Mode ( https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode ) and check how it works there. It starts your system so that it performs certain checks and prevents third party software/ services from automatically loading or opening. If it works fine in Safe mode, then there is

If it works fine in Safe mode, then there is some third party service or application like antivirus, plugins or web extensions which are conflicting with the InDesign. 

 

If that doesn't help either, login to Hidden Admin account ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfbMs3w-Z3s&t=53s ). Check how the application works there. If it works fine there, then it could be related to permission errors. Follow these steps to repair permission errors:

Perform this procedure on each of the following folders:

 

  • Open the File Explorer window. Click the View tab, and then select Hidden items.
  • Navigate to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Adobe InDesign
  • In File Explorer, right-click the folder InDesign and choose Properties.
  • Click the Security tab, and then click Edit to set permissions.
  • In the Permissions dialog, select your user name. In the Permissions area, deselect the Deny check box.
  • Click OK twice.
  • Then go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe InDesign
  • Perform the same procedure again.
  • Launch Adobe InDesign.
