I have an 8-page InDesign Doc that is set up with facing pages. I want to output 1-3 as singles, 4-5 as a spread, and 6-8 as single pages. Can I output a PDF in one export? Or do I have to use 2, one for single pages and one for the spread?

The easiest option would be to export as single pages, then export pages 4+5 as a spread, then replace pages 4 and 5 with the spread page in Acrobat (Tools> Organize pages).
